Nathaniel assists clients with a wide range of workplace and industrial relations matters. He thrives on providing innovative solutions to his clients’ complex legal issues and regularly represents his clients in the Fair Work Commission. Nathaniel is conscious of his clients’ commercial and business objectives, and works with them to adopt a strategic practical approach to managing and resolving their workplace issues.
Nathaniel holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University and a Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne. Throughout his Juris Doctor, he focussed on employee relations, and workplace investigations/misconduct, achieving high marks in both.
Outside of work, Nathaniel enjoys being outdoors, hiking in the Victorian countryside and playing soccer. He has a keen interest in history, particularly the French and Russian revolutions and their respective impact modern European society.
