Susanna is the Managing Lawyer at Launch Legal. She leads the strategic direction of the firm, promoting innovation and improved client experiences.
She is passionate about access to justice and has supported business leaders, managers and individuals achieve fantastic results for over a decade as a highly sought-after lawyer.
Susanna cut her teeth at a leading independent Australian firm before moving into government – working at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office and as in-house at a central agency before later moving into the senior leadership team of a large independent statutory body. She has significant experiencing resolving all sorts of workplace and administrative law disputes in addition to conducting litigation in courts and tribunals.
Unlike many lawyers, she has real world experience leading change and managing teams in large organisations. She recently served on the board of Amnesty International Australia and is currently National Chair of its Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Steering Group.
Susanna is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Workplace Relations, Administrative Review & Constitutional Law and Human Rights Committees as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Susanna holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts. She has successfully completed the LEADR Mediation Training Course. She loves exercising, karaoke and getting out and about in (windy, but beautiful) Williamstown.
